三、旨揭重要安置期程說明如下：
(一)線上報名：國中學校請於 112 年 2 月 6 日（星期一）至 112 年 2 月 16 日（星期四）至新北市身心障礙學生適性輔導安置網( https://seapc.ntpc.edu.tw )完成網路報名作業。
(二)郵寄報名資料：系統報名資料於 112 年 2 月 17 日（星期五）始得列印，國中學校請於 112 年 2 月 17 日（星期五）至 112 年 3 月 3 日（星期五）郵寄報名資料至承辦學校，詳見各簡章。
一、新北市適性輔導安置包含 3 類型簡章，學生報名時僅能選擇 1 類簡章報名，不得重複，違者取消本安置資格，安置類型如下：
(一)新北市 112 學年度身心障礙學生適性輔導安置高級中等學校一般類科。
(二)新北市 112 學年度身心障礙學生適性輔導安置高級中等學校集中式特教班服務群科。
二、一般類科簡章開缺名額將另函通知學校並於 111 年 12 月底前公告於新北市特殊教育資訊網（ https://sec.ntpc.edu.tw ）及新北市身心障礙學生適性輔導安置網( https://seapc.ntpc.edu.tw )。
