社團滿意度調查表是針對同學對社團課程及活動內容的滿意程度作瞭解，請同學為個人所參加之社團進行填答。也作為活動組安排下學期社團開課的依據。如果同學對社團有任何建議，學務處會將你的建議事項或意見彙整後轉交各社團，希望藉由同學們正面積極的建議，能讓平中的社團運作更健全以更多元化。
凡於 1/5(五)24:00 前上網填寫「112 學年第一學期社團滿意度調查表」，將會有機會獲得一次抽獎機會(抽獎日預訂在 1/8)，獎品為麥當勞套餐一份，共有六個名額。獎品將會於 1/10 當天中午發放。
