有關 115 年全國中等學校運動會運動禁藥相關規定，詳如說明。
說明：
一、 115 年全中運治療用途豁免申請時間，係依 2023 年版治療用途豁免國際標準(ISTUE)規則辦理。
二、依據「2023 年版治療用途豁免國際標準(ISTUE)規則」：欲申請限賽內禁用物質之治療用途豁免之運動員，原則上應於競賽開賽三十日前，檢具相關資料，向基金會提出申請。
三、賽內檢測起訖時間：以每位運動員表定參賽前一日之午夜前（即 23 時 59 分）起算，迄於運動禁藥檢測採樣流程結束止。
四、檢附相關治療用途豁免申請注意事項、申請表及運動員治療用途豁免須知等相關資料各 1 份。
