公務員服務法業經總統於 111 年 6 月 22 日修正公布，除第 12 條另定施行日期外，其餘條文自公布日施行（施行日期為 111 年 6 月 24 日）。
說明：
一、依據銓敘部 111 年 7 月 8 日部法一字第 11154688601 號函辦理。
二、旨揭服務法修正，業經 111 年 6 月 22 日華總一義字第 11100050751 號總統令公布，上開內容並登載於銓敘部全球資訊網 法規動態項下。http ：//www.mocs.gov.tw/ 除第 12 條另定施行日期外，其餘條文自公布日施行（施行日期為 111 年 6 月 24 日）。
三、本次服務法就發表言論、經商、兼職及適用對象等規範已有大幅修正，現行服務法相關函釋（按：銓敘部編印之銓敘法規釋例彙編 108 年 12 月版本）銓敘部將另行函知，就其中部分或全部停止適用，各機關如遇服務法相關疑義，請依新修正公布之服務法規定辦理。
